> HOUSING

1. Will the hall directors know that PeerEd leaders are moving in early? Do I need to fill out any additional forms?
The name of each student attending PeerFest will be submitted to Residential Life. You do not need to fill out additional forms. Check to see if your name is on the PeerFest list of attendees here.

2. Will I be able to call someone before PeerFest to make sure my on-campus housing is ready for me to move in early?
Please call Residential Life with questions or issues regarding your housing (860) 486-2926.

3. Will students living in campus apartments such as Hilltop Apartments or Charter Oak be able to move in early as well?
Yes, as far as we know!

4. What time can we move into housing on August 22nd or 23rd?
You will be able to move in from 8:30am until 4:30pm onTuesday, August 22nd. If you choose to move back on Wednesday, August 23rd, you can move in from 8:30am until 12:00pm. Registration for PeerFest will begin that afternoon.

5. How do I move in early? Who should I see?
Only those students who have registered for PeerFest can move into campus housing early. If your name is on the attendee list (which will be posted on the PeerFest 2006 homepage and updated as often as possible), your name will automatically be submitted to Residential Life for an early move-in. When you get to campus on the 22nd or 23rd, go to your Complex Office to check-in and get your room key.

6. Are we allowed to stay in our housing until classes begin? Or do we have to leave after PeerFest and come back later?
You do not have to leave after PeerFest and are welcome to stay through the beginning of classes. Please note, however, that meals will not be offered in the dining halls until Saturday for lunch.

7. I'm moving in before PeerFest for training through another program... How does this work?
Any student moving in prior to August 22 & 23 for training of other programs must coordinate this with his/her director. PeerFest is only organizing early move-in for students on August 22 & 23.

> CONFLICTING PROGRAMS & TRAINING

1. I will be attending training for another program. What should I do if there is a conflict with PeerFest?
It is important for students participating in PeerFest to join us for all events. All of the workshops, breakout sessions, etc. are designed in sequence and to build on one another.

2. Will PeerFest interfere with Community Assistant training?
PeerFest and CA Training conflict and you will not be able to do both, sorry.

3. I might be participating in Husky W.O.W. events. Will these conflict with PeerFest?
You will not be able to do both. The demands of each program require students to be fully committed to only one event.
